1. Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the information you provide. If the space or the scope of work is significantly different on arrival, we'll discuss any adjustment with you before continuing.
2. Booking and access
Appointments are confirmed by text or phone. If you won't be home, please provide clear access instructions (key, lockbox or door code). Please let us know about pets, alarms or special instructions in advance.
3. Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment.
4. Supplies
Our team brings its own cleaning supplies and equipment. Eco-friendly products are available on request. If you'd like us to use specific products, let us know in advance.
5. Satisfaction
If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll come back to make it right.
6. Safety and limitations
Our team may decline tasks that are unsafe, such as work at unsafe heights, hazardous materials, or biohazards. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items that are already broken or improperly secured.
7. Damage
Difays is licensed and insured. If you believe something was damaged during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review it with you.
